Brownie Base

Ingredient Quantity
Eggs 2
Butter 1/4 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Peppermint Extract 1/4 Tsp
Flour 1/2 Cup
Salt 1/4 Tsp

Directions
1. Beat eggs until froth.
2. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler or microwave.
3. Combine sugar and eggs and beat until creamy.
4. Slowly drizzle in chocolate – butter and incorporate.
5. Stir in peppermint.
6. Combine flour and salt.
7. Slowly add flour – salt to egg mixture.
8. Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan.
9. Bake at 350 for 20 – 25 minutes.


Icing

Ingredient Quantity
Butter 4 Tbsp
Powdered Sugar 1 Cup, Sifted
Item3 Morbi faucibus arcu accumsan lorem.
Cream OR Evaporated Milk 2 Tbsp
Peppermint Extract 1/4 Tsp
Green Food Coloring (Optional) 3/4 Tsp (Optional)

Directions
1. Cream together butter and powdered sugar.
2. Add cream, peppermint, and coloring. Beat until light and fluffy.
3. Spread onto cooled cake.
4. May be frozen after slicing.
